14.08.2015 я провел операцию оплаты в интернете через карту Мегафон-Visa. Сумма операции 11 280, 87 руб + комиссия 174 руб. Операция не была проведена успешно и деньги вернулись на счет через 4 дня. Но к моему удивлению комиссия не вернулась. Прошу вас вернуть комиссию, так как операция оплаты не была проведена успешно.
